How to Apply for HSBC Credit Card

One can apply for HSBC Credit Card directly by visiting their website or through a 24X7 phone service. Follow the steps given below to apply for HSBC credit card online-

Apply Online

Step 1- Visit the official website of HSBC and click on the ‘Personal Banking’ tab from the top bar.

HSBC Credit Card Bill Payment

One can make HSBC Credit Card Bill Payment through any of the ways given below-

Internet Banking- You can directly make payment of your HSBC credit card bill by logging onto HSBC Internet Banking platform. Just enter your credentials, log in and make payment. Mobile banking may also be used to make direct payment.

Bill Desk- You can pay your HSBC credit card bill through any of your bank accounts by paying through the bill desk (http://www.billdesk.com/hsbccard/). Enter your credit card number, amount to be paid and select the bank through which you want to make the payment. You will then be redirected to the payment interface of your bank. Enter the authentication details and confirm your payment. Once the payment is successful, you will get confirmation mail on your registered email address.

Standing Instruction- You can set standing instructions to debit your HSBC savings account or current account to make payment towards your HSBC Credit Card.

NEFT- You can also use the NEFT facility to make HSBC credit card bill payment. Go to the ‘Add Beneficiary’ section of your bank. Enter you 16-digit card number in place of account number. Enter the name on card and the IFS Code. The IFSC for HSBC is HSBC0400002. Once added, you can make payment through NEFT.

VISA Money Transfer- The money can also be transferred from your bank account to HSBC Visa credit card online by using Visa Money Transfer.

ECS- The Electronic Clearance System allows the customer to auto debit amount from other bank account to make payment towards HSBC credit card.

  • HSBC can cancel the credit limit available to the customer and can assign the recovery agency for recovering the total outstanding.
  • HSBC will notify its customers about any change in its terms and condition of any product one month before its implication.
