How to Pay SBI Credit Card Bill via Debit Card

Following are the steps to be followed to clear outstanding dues of SBI credit Card using debit card:

  1. Visit SBI Card PayNet Page.
  2. In the page that comes up, enter details like registered e-mail address, SBI credit card number, registered mobile number, payment amount in the respective fields.
  3. Select ‘Debit Card’ as the payment mode.
  4. Click on ‘Pay Now’, once you have selected the bank from the dropdown menu.
  5. You will be redirected to the chosen bank’s payment interface. Provide your debit card number and necessary authentication details i.e. UserID, password and PIN.
  6. Confirm your payment amount again. Once confirmed, the chosen bank account will be debited online. An e-mail and SMS containing transaction details will be sent to you immediately with a transaction ID. You can use the same to track the payment status.

To clear dues offline via debit cards, you have to visit any SBI ATM. However, you are allowed to use SBI debit card only for this mode of payment. Other bank account debit cards cannot be used for this technique.
