2. Now select the Account you want to seed Aadhaar in
3. Click on the “Services” section
4. Select the “Others” option
5. Click on “Update Aadhaar Number”
6. Now enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number
7. Click on “Update”
8. Your Aadhaar will be linked with your bank account

Linking Canara Bank Account with Aadhaar Offline

There are a number of customers who are not adept in using the online service or using the ATMs. Canara Bank has made provisions for them to link their bank account with Aadhaar by visiting the branch where their account is being operated. This method is useful especially for senior citizens and specially-abled people. People have to follow the below listed steps to link Canara Bank account with Aadhaar offline:

1. Visit the branch of Canara Bank
2. Fill the Aadhaar Seeding form available in the branch
3. Attach a self-attested copy of your Aadhaar card with the form and hand it over to the Canara Bank executive
4. Provide your original Aadhaar to the executive for verification
5. The executive hands over the receipt along with your original Aadhaar
6. The acknowledgement number in the receipt can be used to check the status of Aadhaar linking
7. Your Aadhaar will be linked with your bank account within two working days

Linking Canara Bank Account with Aadhaar through ATM

Canara Bank customers can link their bank accounts through ATMs as well. They have to visit the nearest Canara Bank ATM and follow these steps to link their Canara Bank account with Aadhaar:

1. Swipe your ATM card at the Canara Bank ATM
2. Select your preferred language
3. Now Enter your PIN
4. Now select the “Main Menu” option
5. Click on “Other Services”
6. Select the “More” option
7. Click on “Aadhaar Number Registration” option
8. Select the “Correct” option
9. Now enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number
10. Click on Correct
11. Now re-enter your Aadhaar number
12. Click on Correct option
13. Select your Account Type (Savings or Current)
14. You will get a message that your Aadhaar Registration is successful and is now linked with your bank account
