SBI PIN generation can be done via the Interactive Voice Response. Simply call on the customer helpline number 1860 180 1290 / (STD) – 39 02 02 02. Once connected follow the steps given below:

• Select the language you want the Interactive Voice Recording to play in
• Choose option 6 to generate PIN
• Enter the 16 digit SBI card number, Date of Birth in DD MM YYYY & Card expiry date in MM YY format
• Enter the 6 digit OTP received on your registered mobile number or email address
• Enter the new 4 digit PIN number and confirm it again
• You will hear a confirmation message on the IVR itself

SBI Credit Card PIN Generation for Add-on Card via IVR

Users of add on credit card can change the PIN of their credit card by using the IVR facility. For this, they will have to submit the details of the primary credit card user and will require his permission to successfully change their PIN. Call on the customer care of SBI cards at 1860 180 1290 / (STD) – 39 02 02 02. Once connected follow the steps below:

• Make the language selection
• Choose 6^th option to generate PIN
• Enter the 16 digit SBI Add-on card number, Date of Birth (Primary credit card holder) in DD MM YYYY format. Card expiry date of Add-on card should be in MM YY format
• Enter the 6 digit OTP received on your registered mobile number or email address of the primary credit card holder
• Enter the new 4 digit PIN number and confirm it again
• You will then hear a confirmation message on successful completion
