PB Pass is a complimentary airport lounge access benefit for Paisabazaar credit card users. It gives you free entry to 1,300+ airport lounges across 145 countries, powered by LoungeKey.

Is PB Pass free?

Yes, completely free. There are no membership fees, no annual charges, and no hidden costs. You get one free lounge visit per credit card issued via Paisabazaar.

Which lounges can I access with PB Pass?

PB Pass gives you access to the entire LoungeKey Airport Lounge Service network — 1,300+ lounges in 145 countries. You can browse the full list of participating lounges in the Lounge Finder section within the Paisabazaar platform.

Do I need to fly a specific airline or class to use PB Pass?

No. PB Pass works regardless of which airline you're flying with or what class of ticket you hold, economy, business, or first class.

How do I unlock my PB Pass?

Three simple steps: 1. Get a credit card issued via Paisabazaar 2. Add your card on Paisabazaar Bill Pay (BBPS) 3. Pay your credit card bill on Paisabazaar Bill Pay Your PB Pass activates automatically once your payment is confirmed.

Which credit cards are eligible for PB Pass?

Every credit card issued through Paisabazaar is eligible, across all banks — with one exception: Utkarsh SuperMoney Rupay Credit Card does not qualify. Cards obtained through any other channel (not via Paisabazaar) are not eligible, regardless of bank. Eligibility also requires completing the unlock step for your card type.

How long is my PB Pass valid?

12 months from the date your benefit is unlocked (i.e., the date your first bill payment is confirmed). If you don't generate or use your pass within this period, it expires and cannot be recovered.

Can I get multiple PB Passes?

Yes. Each credit card issued via Paisabazaar unlocks its own independent PB Pass. If you have 3 cards issued, you can earn up to 3 free lounge visits.

I've paid my bill but my PB Pass still shows as locked. What should I do?

It may take some time for your payment to be confirmed and reflected in our system. If the issue persists beyond 24 hours, please contact our support team at 1800-258-5616 (Toll-Free).

How do I generate my PB Pass?

Once your benefit is unlocked, visit the PB Pass section in the Paisabazaar app and tap "Generate My Pass." Your QR code will be created instantly.

How do I access a lounge using PB Pass?

Simply show your QR code at the lounge reception along with your valid boarding pass for same-day travel. The lounge staff will scan your QR code to grant entry.

Do I need a boarding pass to access a lounge?

Yes. You need a valid boarding pass for a same-day flight to access any lounge on the PB Pass network. The boarding pass will be verified at the lounge entrance along with your QR code.

Can I pre-book a lounge with PB Pass?

No. PB Pass is a walk-in benefit. Simply show your QR code and boarding pass at the lounge reception. Access is subject to availability at the time of your visit.

Can I use my PB Pass at any terminal of the airport?

Your PB Pass works at any participating lounge in the LoungeKey network. However, lounge availability varies by terminal. We recommend checking the Lounge Finder on the platform before you travel to see which lounges are available at your specific terminal.

Can I access a lounge after landing at my destination?

Most lounges are located within the secure/departure area of the airport. This means once you land and clear security, you typically cannot go back into the lounge area. Access on arrival is limited and depends on the specific airport and lounge layout.

Can I bring guests into the lounge with my PB Pass?

No. PB Pass provides access for the pass holder only. Each PB Pass is valid for one person and cannot be used to bring in additional guests.

Can my spouse/partner use my PB Pass?

No. PB Pass is non-transferable. Only the person whose name is on the pass can use it. If your spouse or partner also wants lounge access, they will need their own credit card issued via Paisabazaar and their own PB Pass.

What is the policy for children?

The policy for children varies from lounge to lounge. Some lounges allow children below a certain age (typically under 2 years) for free, while others may have different policies. We recommend checking the specific lounge's child policy on the Lounge Finder on the platform before travelling.

How long can I stay in the lounge?

Each lounge has its own policy on the duration of stay. Most lounges allow 2–3 hours before your flight. Please check the specific lounge's listing on the Lounge Finder for details.

Can I leave the lounge and re-enter?

Re-entry policies are at the discretion of each individual lounge. Where a time limit is imposed, it may be possible to re-enter after stepping out, but this is not guaranteed. We recommend checking with the lounge staff before leaving, or reviewing the lounge's policy on the Lounge Finder.

What if the lounge is full?

Lounge access is subject to availability. If a lounge is at full capacity, you may be asked to wait or return later. We recommend using the Lounge Finder in the app to check if there are alternative lounges at the same airport.

What amenities do lounges typically offer?

Amenities vary by lounge but commonly include Wi-Fi, refreshments and beverages, comfortable seating, charging stations, newspapers and magazines, TV, and shower facilities (select lounges). You can check the specific amenities of each lounge on the Lounge Finder.

Do lounges announce flight information?

Lounges are not obligated to announce flight departures. It is your responsibility to monitor your flight status and board on time. Paisabazaar is not liable for missed flights while using a lounge.

What happens if my PB Pass expires without being used?

If your 12-month validity period ends without generating or using your pass, the benefit expires permanently for that card. There is no renewal or extension. To get a new PB Pass, you'll need to apply for another credit card via Paisabazaar and complete the activation steps again.

I generated my pass but delayed my trip. Will my pass still work?

Your pass remains valid until the end of the 12-month window from your eligibility date, not from when you generated the pass. If your eligibility was unlocked on January 1, your pass expires on December 31, regardless of when you generated it.

I was denied entry at a lounge. What should I do?

If you were denied entry despite having a valid PB Pass and boarding pass, please call our toll-free number 1800-258-5616 immediately. Our support team can verify your pass status and assist you.

Is PB Pass a credit card feature?

No. PB Pass is a Paisabazaar platform benefit, not a feature of your credit card. It works on top of whatever benefits your bank already offers with the card.

Does PB Pass work only with certain banks?

No. Every credit card issued through Paisabazaar, regardless of bank, qualifies for PB Pass.
