IDBI Bank Timings

Post COVID-19 lockdown, IDBI Bank has restored its usual operating hours i.e. 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (except on 2nd and 4th Saturday, Sundays and bank holidays). However, the bank continues to encourage its customers to use IDBI Net-banking and Mobile Banking portals for most of the banking services.

In the initial stages of lockdown, the bad had to suspend some non-essential services temporarily. These services including passbook printing, account opening, etc. have been resumed at the bank post lockdown.

The bank is determined to take all precautionary and emergency measures in order to avoid the spread of the virus. Customers are requested to follow all the safety measures while visiting the branch office-

• It is mandatory for all the customers to wear a face mask
• Proper sanitisation of hands should be done before entering and leaving the premises
• Security staff is requested to ensure that temperature checks are carried out for all the customers

NEFT Timings

NEFT transactions are processed between 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM from Monday to Friday (except on 2nd and 4th Saturday, Sundays, and bank holidays).

RTGS Timings

RTGS transactions are processed in IDBI Bank branch offices between 9:00 AM to 4:15 PM from Monday to Friday.

It is to be noted that customers can use digital banking platforms anytime (24×7) to process RTGS transactions for free.

IDBI Bank does not recognize a lunch break as such. The employees take lunch break on a rotational basis so that the customer is never inconvenienced. The employees go to lunch around 1 PM. Even if you visit the bank during these hours the bank officials will gladly assist you.

Customers can apply for IDBI Lockers by visiting the nearest IDBI Bank branch or calling the phone banking numbers. They can visit the lockers during the bank branch’s working hours. The working hours of the bank can vary from branch to branch. Some IDBI Bank’ branches offer 24×7 locker services. Contact your branch to know if they offer 24×7 locker visitation or not.
