To get the benefits of this scheme, LPG customers need to link their Aadhaar number with their gas connections. This step has been taken by the government to make the subsidy transfer process easier, hassle-free and targeted.

Here’s how you can link your Aadhaar Card to Indane Gas connection through various methods.

Steps to Link Aadhaar Card with Indane Gas Online:

Step 1: Go to the official website of UIDAI
Step 2: Fill your address location
Step 3: Fill other necessary details such as benefit type, scheme, distributor’s name, and Indane Gas ID
Step 4: Fill your contact details and click on the submit button
Step 5: Fill the OTP (one time password that you will receive on your registered mobile number) and submit your application to complete the process

How to Link Aadhaar Card to Indane Gas – Offline Method:

  • You can collect the form from the bank or download it from the official website of Indane as well
  • Fill all the necessary details
  • Fill IOCL as the name of the company
  • Check all the details and submit the application form to your nearest Indane Gas distributor
  • You also have to submit a self-attested copy of Aadhaar card along with the form
  • After submitting the form, the executive hands over the acknowledgment slip which can be used to check the linking status in future

Linking Process of Indane Gas with Aadhaar Through SMS:

  • Visit the official website of Indane Gas and search for your distributor’s details
  • Send an SMS to the number of your distributor
  • The format of your SMS should be: UID <Aadhaar Number>

Process to Link Aadhaar to Indane Gas Via IVRS Method:

Step 1: Go to the official website of Indane gas to find the IVRS contact details
Step 2: Call on the respective IVRS number
Step 3: Enter your Aadhaar number and confirm your details
