In case a person has multiple phone numbers, he will not be able to use this OTP feature for all numbers. In order to verify mobile numbers that are not already linked with Aadhaar, you will have to visit the store and carry out the verification process through the offline channel.
You have to provide only the self-attested copy of your Aadhaar card for verification. No additional proof is required for address and identity verification.
