Air India SBI Signature Credit Card is the premium variant of the co-branded cards SBI offers with Air India. The card offers a decent reward rate of 1.8%.  Apart from that, the welcome benefit offered on the card- 20,000 bonus reward points,  is impressive, and clearly justifies the Rs. 4,999 joining and annual fee. Even the milestone benefits and frequency of domestic airport lounge access offered per year are good. All-in-all, this card is a good option for you, if you are a high-spending customer and travel frequently via Air India. Can I use the Flexipay facility whenever I want?
No, you can use the Flexipay facility within 30 days of the transaction. If you fail to avail of this facility within this period then you will have to pay the full amount.

What should I do if I lose my credit card overseas?
You can easily get your Air India SBI Signature Credit Card replaced overseas. Simply call on the Visa helpline number.

When will Foreign Transaction Mark-up fee come into play?
Foreign transaction mark-up fee will be charged whenever you make a transaction at a POS terminal, ATM registered overseas. The fee will also apply to POS machines in India that are registered overseas. Such POS machines can be found at duty-free shops. 

What shall I do if my credit card is stolen?
Call on any one of the toll-free numbers of SBI Credit Card customer care. The numbers are: 1860 180 1290 | 1800 180 1290. Once connected ask the executive to block your credit card.

How can I redeem the reward points earned on Air India SBI Signature Credit Card?
You can redeem the SBI credit card reward points through the net banking portal of the SBI Card or by calling the customer care cell.
