SBI Card Grievance Redressal System
Customers who have not received satisfactory response from SBI Card within the stipulated time frame can escalate the issue to the nodal/principal nodal officer. At the time of raising the query through any medium, you would receive a unique Interaction ID which has to be quoted when escalating the issue.
