From Axis Bank Savings Account
If you have a savings account with Axis Bank, you can use Axis Bank Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Auto Debit to pay your credit card bills online. You can also pay at Axis Bank ATMs or opt for cash or cheque payment. All of these methods are explained in detail below.
Axis Bank Internet Banking
- Use your Customer ID and Password to login to Axis Bank Net Banking
- Go to Credit Cards and select the card for bill payment
- Click on Pay Now and select from Total Due and Minimum Due
- Click on Confirm and Pay
- Verify with OTP received on your registered mobile number to authenticate the transaction
Axis Bank Mobile Banking
- Login to Axis Bank Mobile App
- From Quick Links, select credit cards and select the card
- Now you can see your total outstanding amount
- Click on ‘Pay Now’, select the amount to pay and click on ‘Confirm and Pay’
- Enter your M-PIN to verify the payment
Auto Debit
You can also set auto debit on your Axis Bank Savings Account for the payment of your Axis Bank Credit Card bills.
Set up auto debit through Net Banking or Mobile App, following the process given below:
- Login using your Customer ID and Password
- Go to ‘Services’, then ‘Credit Cards’ and choose ‘Auto Debit’
- Select the card for which you want to set up auto debit
- Click on ‘Activate’ and select total due or minimum due and enable auto debit on your card
Once you set up auto debit, the credit card bill will be paid automatically every month on the due date.
Pay at Axis Bank ATM
You can also pay your credit card bills at an Axis Bank ATM, following the below process:
- Insert your Axis Bank Debit Card into the ATM slot
- From the ‘Other Services’ option, choose ‘Bill Payment’
- Enter your credit card number twice at the ATM
- Once validated, the total due and minimum due will appear at the screen
- Input the amount you wish to pay and proceed
- The payment will be made from the account to which your debit card is linked
Pay via Cheque or Cash
You can write a cheque in favour of your Axis Bank credit card’s 16-digit number and drop it at any Axis Bank branch. Ensure that you drop the cheque at least 5 days in advance as the clearing might take some time.
You can also visit any Axis Bank branch to pay your credit card bill in cash. However, cash payment comes with an additional charge of Rs. 100.
From Other Bank’s Savings Accounts
If you do not have a savings account in Axis Bank, you can still pay your Axis Bank credit card bills using other bank’s NEFT, Visa Money Transfer or UPI.
Pay via NEFT
- Login to the net banking facility of your preferred bank
- Add beneficiary using the following details –
- Beneficiary Bank Name – Axis Bank
- Branch Name – Mumbai
- IFSC Code – UTIB0000400
- Account Number – Your 16-digit credit card number
- Once added, pay the required amount following the usual process
Pay via Visa Money Transfer
Through Visa Money Transfer, you can pay your Axis Bank credit card bills using net banking or Visa Debit Card of another bank.
Pay via UPI
- Open any UPI app like Google Pay, PhonePe, PayTM or others
- Go to ‘Pay credit card bills’
- Enter your Axis Bank credit card details
- Verify the recipient’s name and enter the amount you wish to pay
- Enter your UPI PIN to authenticate the transaction
