OBC credit cardholders get benefits as per the SBI Rewards Program. Below-mentioned are the features and benefits of OBC credit card rewards program:

Oriental Bank of Commerce – SBI Platinum Credit Card

Accelerated Rewards Program – 5X reward points on all dining, departmental store purchases and international spends

Rewards Program – 2 Reward points on every Rs. 100 spent

Bonus Rewards – Bonus spend rewards in the form of a gift voucher worth Rs. 3,000 each on reaching the milestone spend of Rs. 4 Lakh and Rs. 5 Lakh from any of the following brands:

A maximum of 40,000 reward points can be earned in the 5X category in a calendar year.

OBC runs its credit card services in collaboration with SBI Card. The reward redemption program and the procedure are similar to that of SBI Card. One can redeem reward points both online as well as offline.

Redeem Oriental Bank Of Commerce(OBC) Credit Card Reward Points Online

Follow the simple steps mentioned below to redeem your reward points –

• Login to your SBI Card account at the SBI Credit Card portal
• Click on “Redeem Rewards” in the “Rewards” section
• Select the reward you want to avail from the list
• Click on “Redeem Now” to redeem your reward points
• A reward redemption fee of Rs. 99 + GST is charged for availing this facility which is added in the next statement cycle

OBC credit cardholders can contact the SBI card customer care and redeem reward points by talking to the customer care executive.

The executive may ask for some information to authenticate your request. So you should keep the card details handy at the time of calling the executive.

Can I redeem reward points through OBC netbanking?
OBC credit cards are provided in collaboration with SBI Card. So it is not possible to redeem reward points through OBC netbanking.

Can I contact OBC customer care for credit card rewards redemption?
No, the credit card reward redemption can be done by either calling the SBI card customer care or SBI Card netbanking.

Will I have to pay the reward redemption fee every time I redeem points or annually?
Yes, you will have to pay the reward redemption fee every time you opt for rewards redemption. The redemption fee is not required to be paid annually.

Will my reward points be transferred to the new account if I upgrade my credit card?
Yes, the reward points accumulated on one card will be automatically transferred to the new credit card account on upgradation.

How much time does it take to receive reward redeemed against the points?
It normally takes 3 to 5 days for e-vouchers to be disbursed online whereas it may take up to 15 to 20 working days for redeeming rewards after placing the request.
