Dena Bank Timings Post COVID-19 Lockdown
All Dena Bank branches across the country are operating as usual from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM from Monday to Saturday except 2nd and 4th Saturdays. Keeping the unprecedented times due to COVID-19 in mind, the bank is taking strict precautions for the customers as well as the staff.
- Customers are required to wear a face mask in the premises
- Multiple sanitizers are installed at the bank. Customers should immediately sanitize their hands before and after leaving the bank
- Customers are requested to maintain a safe distance of minimum one meter from each other
Account-holders should avoid visiting the bank for non-essential services and instead, they should use Dena Bank Net-banking and Mobile Banking to avail different services.
NEFT Timings
NEFT transactions will be processed from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM every day except 2nd & 4th Saturdays.
Account-holders can access NEFT services via online banking 24×7. No charges will be levied on the transfer of funds online via NEFT system.
RTGS Timings
RTGS transactions are processed on weekdays and working Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Dena Bank is one of the oldest banks in India. It was founded in 1938 by Devkaran Nanjee and was initially called Devkaran Nanjee Banking Company. However, when the bank was incorporated as a public company it adopted its new name Dena Bank by taking the initials of founder; Devkaran Nanjee. The Indian government then nationalized the bank in 1969. The bank has since then flourished and continues to provide its services.
