BOB World app erstwhile BOB MConnect+ gives accountholders access to their account on their mobile phones. One can register for mobile banking either through online banking or by submitting a form at the base branch or a BOB ATM. Here’s how to register for Bank of Baroda mobile applications:
Step 1: Download BOB World app from the Google Play store or Apple App store
Step 2: Open the app and select the language you want to continue in
Step 3: Click on ‘Confirm’ and select the registered mobile number for verification process
Step 4: An OTP will be sent on the registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and click on ‘Confirm’
Step 5: Add your 14-digit account number, last 6 digits of your Debit Card and validity date and click ‘Submit’
Step 6: Enter the 4-digit verification key and click ‘Proceed’
Step 7: Set a 4-digit transaction PIN and then re-enter the transaction PIN again which you will need at the time of doing transactions. Click on ‘Next’.
Step 8: Set a 4-digit login PIN which you will need at the time of logging in the app. Re-enter the PIN and click ‘Submit’.
Step 9: The registration is successful. Log in to your account with the set credentials.

The maximum amount that can be transacted on the mobile banking app is Rs. 1 lakh. However, the maximum amount per transaction in rupees is Rs. 50,000.
Ans. To download the BOB mobile banking app, you need to visit the AppStore or PlayStore on your smartphones. Then you need to search for the app known as ‘BOB World’ and download it on your mobile. The app shall get installed in your mobile automatically, so you can start using its mobile banking services.
Ans. For the mobile banking activation, you need to visit your nearest BOB ATM to enter your debit card and enter its PIN. After PIN validation, click on the Mobile Banking tab to further select the Registration option.
Ans. Individuals who hold savings accounts and are above 15 years of age are eligible for the BOB world mobile app. The mode of operation of the savings account shall be by Self, Either or Survivor, Anyone or survivor.
Ans. Yes, the NRI customers are eligible to use the BOB mobile banking facility and make transactions subject to FEMA/RBI guidelines.
Ans. This is a unique feature provided by the mobile banking app by which one can withdraw money up to Rs. 5,000 without using the debit card from any BOB ATM. The user needs to generate an OTP on the app and visit any nearby BOB ATM. This facility can only be used at BOB ATMs.
Ans. If a fund transfer fails or a transfer of an incorrect amount has been made, contact the base branch immediately. In case a transaction fails, the amount deducted from the account will be automatically refunded back into the account within 7 working days.
Ans. NEFT and RTGS services are not available after working hours or on holidays. In such cases, user can use IMPS service to make payments or transfer funds, which is available 24/7.
