Step 2: Click on “Inquire” and then go to “Account Summary”.
Step 3: Click on “Actions” and “Account Statement”.
Step 4: Select the time period for which the Account statement is needed and click on “Search”.
Step 5: Account summary will be displayed for the selected time period.
Step 6: One can choose to download the Andhra Bank statement PDF for offline view.
Customers can avail all the banking facilities using Andhra Bank Mobline Banking from the comfort of their home by downloading various Andhra Bank apps on their mobile devices.
One of the applications provided by the bank namely AB e-Passbook can be used to avail the account statement facility.
How to use AB e-Passbook to avail the account statement?
Step 1: Install the application in the Android device.
Step 2: Enter the mobile number registered for SMS alerts.
Step 3: With the OTP received on registered mobile number create a PIN and start using the application.
Step 4: Using the app generate the Andhra Bank account statement and send to the registered email ID.
Apart from the above-mentioned options, users can opt for the e-statement, for which the email ID of the customer has to be registered at the branch. Under this service, the statement will be sent to the registered email ID of the customer for the requested time period (monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/yearly).
One can visit any Andhra Bank branch and ask for an account statement of the desired time period. A customer needs to choose the statement period according to his/her requirement and collect the same from the bank branch.
