Abhyudaya Bank Timings

Note: It is to be noted that the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month are bank holidays.

Abhyudaya Bank timings are applicable on all working days. The bank does not open for business on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. On these days neither cheques nor fund transfers will be made. Do note that 34 branches of Abhyudaya Bank open on Sundays also. The operational hours of working Sunday branches are listed above.

Abhyudaya Bank recognizes a set lunch break. The interval is one and a half hour long. During this period no banking service will be provided to prospective clients or account holders. It is in the customers’ best interests to avoid visiting the bank around this time period. The non-banking time is:

1:30 PM to 3:00 PM

Abhyudaya Bank processes its NEFT transactions in half-hourly batches from 00.30 a.m. to 24.00 p.m. on all working days.

RTGS transactions are processed in the time window of 7.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. on all working days.

Abhyudaya Bank provides safe deposit locker facility to its customers via its branches. The locker operative timings are the same as the banking hours at the branches. The lockers cannot be operated during the lunch interval and after the bank closes down for business. Prospective applicants can also apply for the service during the bank’s working hours only.

Abhyudaya Bank is an urban multi-state co-operative bank in India. The bank has been operating since the year 1965. Then in 1988, the bank was granted the status of a Scheduled bank by Reserve Bank of India. Finally, on 11 January 2007, the bank was registered as a multi-state co-operative bank. Since then the bank has continued to grow by adding new members each year. Their revenue and net income too has steadily grown.
