You can also lodge Aadhaar related complaint offline via post. The complaints are received by the UIDAI headquarters and Regional Offices via post/hardcopy and then they are examined. Once the complaints are examined they are then forwarded to the concerned ROs/Concerned Section at the Headquarters after the Deputy Director’s approval who is the Public Grievance Office at the UIDAI.
