After the outbreak of Coronavirus, YES Bank had altered its operating hours to 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. However, after consulting the respective state governments in August, the bank has restored its usual operating hours- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM from Monday to Saturday (except on 2nd and 4th Saturday).
The bank is taking extra precautions as far as sanitisation, cleanliness and social distancing are concerned while attending customers. The customers visiting the bank are requested to wear a face mask and sanitise their hands properly before and after entering the bank.
NEFT transactions will be processed till 3:30 PM every day except on 2nd and 4th Saturday and Sundays. You can access NEFT services via YES Bank Net-banking 24×7. No charges will be levied on the transfer of funds online via NEFT system.
RTGS facility is available at YES Bank till 3:30 PM every day except on 2nd and 4th Saturday, Sundays and bank holidays.
Customers can also use Immediate payment service (IMPS), available 24×7, for fund transfer to other banks.
YES Bank branches will remain open essential as well as non-essential services.
The bank is requesting its customers to use Yes Bank Mobile Banking for 24*7 access to accounts.
