PNB Mobile comes in the form of a smartphone app which is known as mBanking. Customers who do not have a smartphone can use the NUUP (National Unified USSD Platform) or SMS Banking service for carrying out fund transfers. In order to operate SMS banking, the customer should have PNB MMID. This code can be generated through PNB’s official website or when you use the app for the first time.

PNB mBanking– It is a smartphone-based banking app which was introduced by PNB to cater to smartphone users. Immediate Payment Service or IMPS functions similar to NEFT, but offers an immediate transfer of funds regardless of holidays. For using PNB IMPS, one must possess details such as PNB MMID together with mobile number. Transfers using IMPS can also be processed with IFSC code and bank account number. You can use the facility to transfer funds 24×7 via mobile banking, internet banking, or even through ATMs.

IMPS facility is considered as an easy method for making fund transfers in real-time. The prime features of this service include:
- Need for MMID & mobile number; or IFSC code and bank account number.
- Limit for transaction is Rs. 50,000 per day.
- Both remitter & recipient receive confirmation alerts.

- Select the option “Transaction”.
