Many services are unavailable on bank holidays however there are some services that can be availed on bank holidays. These are:
- Cheque Drop facility at ATM/other Cheque Drop-boxes
- Unified Payments Interface (UPI)
- Access to Net-banking and Mobile-banking services
- Immediate Payment Service (IMPS)
- ATM Services
- Customer services
- Blocking credit or debit cards
- Auto debit service through Electronic Clearance Services (ECSs).
- Payment from Debit and credit cards at POS.
There are some bank branches that are open on Sundays as well. Call your bank’s customer care center if they are open on Sundays as well.
