Cent M Passbook is a passbook in hand which displays all the transactions for all accounts linked with CIF. Let us know about the process flow of downloading the App:

• The user needs to download the application “Cent M Passbook” from play store.
• Install the application on the mobile phone and then click on the application.
• The App will start running and you will get the option to select your preferred language.
• At the time of registration, you need to enter the user id (i.e., the CIF number) and registered mobile number.
• Upon entering the details, the application will authenticate the user from CBS and once the authentication is done, an OTP having 6-digits would be sent to the registered mobile number.
• Once you enter the OTP, the app will ask you to generate a password. You need to generate a 4-digit numeric password of your choice which will be your password for next uses as well.
• After the password is generated, you will have to re-enter the password and the application would sync within 2-3 minutes.
• If you forget the created password, you have the choice to generate a new password by using Forgot pin given on the main screen.
• After adding all the details, all the details from CBS would be provided to you over mobile phone.
• You will be able to access to services like account details, passbook, personal ledger, etc.
• The account details will show all the accounts linked to your CIF.
• If you wish to change the choice of language, you can do so in the settings options.

• The account details of the customer will show all the accounts linked to their CIF.
• The passbook option shows the passbook of different accounts as per the customer’s selection. The default settings can be changed by the user whenever the user wants to change.
• As this a multilingual application, end users can select their preferred language.
• Customers can mark their transactions in the passbook through personal ledger and even they can add their own transactions as well. The personal ledger is termed as a transactional manager.
• Customers can select the transaction which they want to be marked in the personal ledger. They can also add personalized remarks.
• Basically, the personal ledger is a feature available to the customer wherein the user can make note of the transactions carried out for a particular purpose.
• The customer can also share their various banking details like branch details, transaction details, etc. by various modes like email, Bluetooth. Searching transaction feature is also available on the app.
• This application also has an option for the customers to give their valuable feedback. They can also opt to receive alerts on offers and products available with the bank. The user can also give their feedback related to this app.
• The customers can view different new schemes of offers given by the bank on different products through this app.
