Welcome Benefit
The card offers a welcome bonus of up to Rs. 300, subject to purchasing fuel worth Rs. 300 and above at authorized HPCL fuel outlets within 60 days from the date of card activation. Note that instead of direct cashback, this bonus is credited to the credit card bill.
Reward/Cashback Benefit on Fuel Transactions
The UNI CARBON credit card offers rewards/cashback on fuel transactions, as follows:
(i) 16 reward points on every Rs. 100 spent at authorized HPCL outlets. Here, 1 reward= Rs. 0.25, thus, for 16 reward points, you earn a cashback equivalent to Rs. 4 on every Rs. 100 spent. However, note that you can earn this reward only on a transaction value of Rs. 500 and above at HPCL outlets.
(ii) Additionally, the card also offers an extra 1.50% cashback (or 6 reward points) on transactions done via the HP Pay App through UNION UNI CARBON Credit Card. These cashback/reward points are credited to the HP PAY App, instead of the credit card bill.
The maximum cashback you can earn in a billing cycle is Rs. 150.
Reward/Cashback Benefit on Non-Fuel Transactions
The card offers 2 reward points for every Rs. 100 spent on non-fuel transactions. Here, 1 reward point= is Rs. 0.25, thus this is equivalent to Rs. 0.50 cashback on every Rs. 100 spent. The card does not offer any reward on cash withdrawal transactions.

Milestone Rewards
The UNI CARBON card offers milestone rewards over and above the normal rewards and cashback, via additional points on reaching spends of Rs. 1,25,000 in a calendar year. Above this value, the card offers incremental rewards for every Rs. 25,000 as mentioned in the table below:

UNION UNI CARBON credit card is a decent credit card that offers co-branded fuel benefits with HPCL outlets such as cashback of up to 4%, bonus rewards on activation and milestone benefits, and additional fuel surcharge waiver amongst other benefits. At an annual fee of Rs. 499, the card offers limited benefits with maximum cashback of up to Rs. 150 per month, inclusive of the fuel surcharge waiver capped at Rs. 100. In general, this cashback limit offered is very low.

No, the UNION UNI CARBON credit card does not offer any rewards on cash withdrawal transactions. The cash advance limit on this card is 40% of the sanctioned amount. The withdrawal charge is 3% on the amount withdrawn or Rs. 200 whichever is higher, in case of withdrawal from Union Bank of India ATMs and Rs. 50 in addition to 3% on the amount withdrawn or 200/- whichever is higher in case of withdrawal from another bank’s ATM.
