You can open a savings account online with SBI through its Yono Mobile App. Alternatively, you can also visit SBI Yono online portal and open savings account online in a matter of few minutes. If you want to open an offline savings account from State Bank of India, then you can do so by visiting the nearest SBI’s branch.

As State Bank of Travancore is merged with the State Bank of India, you cannot open a savings account with the bank. Alternatively, you can open a savings account with the State Bank of India and avail its benefits.
