The IDBI Bank credit card holders can reach IDBI customer care 24*7 for any query, grievances or feedback. If the customer loses his/her credit card, then they can get their credit card host listed immediately with the help of IDBI customer care executives who are always available for Credit card customers. IDBI provides several modes of communication through which IDBI customers can contact the bank. These modes of communications include toll-free helpline numbers, SMS and emails. The customer can also contact the bank’s customer care by visiting their branches or by mailing them to their postal address.

You are requested to specify your complaint ID, credit card number, and contact number in the subject line.
If your complaint is not resolved satisfactorily within 8 working days of your registering the complaint, you may approach the Grievance Redressal Officer (GRO) as specified below between 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday (Except 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month):
