Fuel purchases, EMI transactions, balance transfer and so on are not considered eligible transactions by most ICICI Bank cards. PAYBACK Points Validity

You should note that the PAYBACK points are valid only for 3 years. If you fail to utilize the points within this time period, they will expire.

6. Provide the PAYBACK Card Number or linked mobile number
7. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the redemption Process

A voucher will be delivered instantly to the registered email id and mobile number. Items will be delivered to your billing address within 2 weeks.

Redeem at PAYBACK Partners

You can redeem your PAYBACK Points at Big Bazaar, Central, Hindustan Petroleum, Brand Factory, Home Town and Fashion at Big Bazaar. The steps are:

1. Shop for what you want at these stores
2. At the time of payment quote your PAYBACK card number or linked mobile number

You can then specify how many points you want to use to complete the transaction. 4 PAYBACK points are worth Re. 1.

Do note redemption fee of Rs. 99 will be applicable on redemption requests.
