Customers having savings/current account with Kotak Mahindra Bank can follow the steps given below to make payment through net banking:
On authorizing, the amount will be deducted from your Kotak Savings/Current account and credited to your card within 24 hours.
Again, this method is for those who have savings/current account with the bank. Follow the steps given below:
The amount will be deducted from the savings/current account and instantly credited to the card.

Kotak credit card bill payment through bill desk is the easiest way for non-Kotak account holders to make their Kotak credit card bill payment. Kotak Mahindra Bank’s credit card bill desk is called WebPAY and here is how to pay the bills using this channel:
The payment will be made and an e-mail will be sent to the email ID provided. Billdesk payments usually take up to 3 business days to process.
Cardholders who do not have a savings/current account with Kotak Mahindra Bank can use the NEFT or IMPS facility to pay their credit card bills. Here’s how:

Once the card is added to the list of beneficiaries, follow the below given steps to make the payment.
Cardholders who have credit card bills over Rs. 2.00 lakh can pay via RTGS, Real Time Gross Settlement. The Kotak credit card must be added to the list of beneficiaries at the chosen bank in order to use the service. The steps to add the card as beneficiary are same as given above in the NEFT section. The Credit Card IFSC Code will remain the same, that is, KKBK0000958. To pay via RTGS follow these steps:
Cardholders can also set standing instructions on their savings/current account to automatically debit the amount towards credit card bill payment when it is due. Customers who have a Kotak Savings/Current Account can set the instructions through net banking or by calling Kotak Credit Card Customer Care.
Customers who wish to set standing instructions on other bank’s savings/current account can do so by filling out an Auto Debit Authorization Form. Download this form, fill it, sign it and mail it to the address given below:

Kotak credit cardholders can also make bill payment through their VISA Debit Card. The procedure may differ from one bank to another but a common method is given below:
Once registered or added, you can easily make the payment of your Kotak credit card bill. Payments made through VISA Bill Pay Facility are credited in 2-3 working days.
Another option that may be used to clear credit card bills is Unified Payments Interface (UPI). Cardholders may either use UPI ID or Account number and IFSC Code to pay the credit card bill.

Kotak savings/current account holders can also make their Kotak credit card bill by calling the customer care of the bank. Choose the ‘Banking Option’ and request the customer service executive to transfer amount from your account to the credit card.

Cardholders can also draw a cheque in favor of Kotak Mahindra Bank Credit Card Account in order to pay the bill.

Cheque payment from a non-Kotak account may take up to 5 working days to reflect in your credit card account while for Kotak cheques, clearance takes only 1 day.
Cardholders may also visit their nearest Kotak Mahindra Bank branch and pay their credit card bills in cash. Payment through cash will attract Rs. 100 + GST for every payment. The amount is credited within 24 hours.

Can I use other bank’s credit cards to make Kotak credit card bill payment?
No. Credit Card to Credit Card payment facility is not available.
I paid the bill through Kotak Bill Desk but it has not been credited yet. What should I do?
Payment through bill desk may take 3-5 business days to be credited. If not credited in 5 days, you must contact the bank through which you have made the payment. Make sure that you keep the payment authorization email handy while calling the customer service of the bank.
Do I have to use NEFT if I have Kotak savings account?
You can use net banking to make payment of your Kotak credit card bills directly without having to go through the hassles of an NEFT payment.
Can I change the auto-debit instructions later?
Yes. You can connect to your bank to change the auto-debit instructions or to close it.
