There are a few steps that you need to follow for IndusInd Bank Credit Card pin generation. You can activate your credit card through three ways, i.e., Net Banking, Mobile Banking and Customer Care. In order to activate IndusInd Bank Credit Card through net banking, you must follow the below-given steps depending on your relationship with the bank:
For New IndusInd Bank Customers:
Step 1: Visit the official website of the bank and click on ‘Register your Credit Card’.
Step 2: Fill in the asked details, including credit card number, CVV, card expiry date and date of birth.
Step 3: After filling up all the details click on ‘Submit’.
Step 4: Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number.
Step 5: Now, generate your login and transaction password (PIN) to activate your credit card.
For Existing IndusInd Bank Customers:
Step 1: Login to your IndusInd Bank account.
Step 2: Go to the ‘Service Request’ page and click on ‘IndusNet Request’.
Step 3: Now click on ‘Link your Credit Card’ and enter your card details, including credit card number, 3-digit CVV number, card expiry date and date of birth.
Step 4: After linking your card, go to ‘Services’ and click on ‘PIN set/ reset’.
Step 5: Follow the on-screen instructions to generate a new PIN.
You can also activate your credit card through the IndusMobile app, which is available for android users on Google Play Store and on App Store for iPhone users. After downloading the app, you can follow the below-mentioned steps to activate your IndusInd Bank Credit Card:
Step 1: Login into the app and click on the brand icon available on the lower-left corner of the screen.
Step 2: Click ‘Credit Card’ under the banking section.
Step 3: After selecting ‘Credit Card’, tap on ‘Credit Card Service Request’ and select your card.
Step 4: Now click on ‘Generate Credit Card PIN’ and enter your credit card details, including credit card number, 3-digit CVV number, card expiry date and date of birth.
Step 5: Set your new PIN and confirm it and a pop-up will let you know that the PIN has been successfully generated.
You can also activate your credit card by calling on the customer care number printed on the backside of the credit card. Additionally, you can also call on the IndusInd Bank Credit Card customer care number on 1860 267 7777 or 022-44066666 to activate your credit card. Once connected, follow the interactive voice response instructions to generate the PIN. Do note that you must call on the number from the registered mobile number.

Q. Can I change my IndusInd Bank credit card PIN after it has been generated once?
A. Yes, you can change your PIN even after it has been generated once. You can reset your PIN through the IndusInd Bank net banking portal. You can log in to your IndusNet account and reset your PIN as per the on-screen instructions. Apart from this, you can also call the IndusInd Bank helpline number on 1860 267 7777 to place a request to dispatch the PIN to your mailing address.
Q. What is the process to activate IndusInd Bank add-on credit card? Should the add-on credit card holder’s PIN be distinct?
A. The add-on credit card will be activated in the same way as the primary IndusInd Bank credit card is activated. However, you need to set a different PIN for the add-on credit card. The benefits provided on the add-on credit card will be as similar as the primary credit card.
Q. How can I activate my IndusInd Bank credit card through the IVR system?
A. You can follow these steps for your IndusInd Bank Credit Card PIN generation. Call on the helpline number printed at the back of your credit card. The IVR system will ask you to enter certain details, such as your credit card number, CVV or date of birth for confirmation. After entering all the details, a PIN will be generated for your credit card activation.
