How to register a UPI complaint?
If you have a complaint regarding any of the above-mentioned services, you can follow the given steps and lodge the complaint on UPI portal-
- Go to BHIM UPI Get in Touch page
- Now, you will find three options on the page- Complaint, Query and Feedback
- From Complaints segment, click on the type of complaint which you want to register
- Each type of complaint has some fields which are to be filled properly. For example- Issue Type, Comments, VPA, Email id., Mobile No., etc.
- After filling all the fields, solve the captcha and click on ‘Submit’
