You are required to send the SMS from your registered mobile number to avail services like block your card, last payment status, balance enquiry and more. If you are not satisfied with the response shared by SBI Credit Card Customer Care within the stipulated time frame. The bank allows you to escalate your query to the nodal/ principal nodal officer. You will receive an Interaction ID at the time of escalating the issue. All you need to do is visit the query escalation page of the SBI Card and enter your Interaction ID & mobile number to escalate the issue. You will receive an OTP on the number, enter the same to proceed. After a successful escalation, the bank will keep you updated with the developments. Ans. In case of any queries related to SBI Credit Cards, you can contact the customer care numbers: 1860-1800-1290, 1800-180-1290, or 1860-500-1290. Additionally, you can also reach the 24×7 toll-free numbers: 1800-1234, 1800-11-2211, or 1800-425-3800.
Ans. To block your lost SBI credit card, send an SMS to 5676791 with the text “BLOCK XXXX” (where XXXX represents the last four digits of your card number). You can also log in to your net banking account and block your card. Alternatively, contact the SBI credit card customer care number and report the loss to an executive, requesting them to block the card. You can also place a request for a replacement card.
Ans. To access SBI credit card customer care services online, you can use “WhatsApp Connect” by sending a “Hi” to +91-9004022022. You can also subscribe to WhatsApp Connect by saving this number and typing “OPTIN” or by giving a missed call to 08080945040 from your registered mobile number.
Ans. If you want to cancel your SBI credit card, you can contact SBI Credit Card customer care number and request card cancellation by stating a valid reason. Alternatively, you can visit the nearest SBI branch and initiate the card closure in person.

You can update your mobile number either by visiting the official website of SBI Card or by the SBI Card mobile app. To update your number through the official website, you can click here and enter your card number, CVV and DOB. After this, you will be asked to enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and you will get the option to update your mobile number or email id. Apart from this, you can also download the SBI Card mobile app and then click on ‘Quick Contact’ under the ‘My Profile’ section. Then click on ‘edit icon’ and generate the OTP. After entering the OTP, you can edit your details.
Ans. You can apply for any of the SBI Credit Cards through online as well as offline modes. To apply online, you can visit the official website of SBI Card and choose a card as per the eligibility and your requirements. If you don’t want to apply online, then you can also visit any of the nearest branches of the bank and ask an executive regarding the credit card application process.

Ans. The bank allows you to generate your SBI Credit Card PIN through three ways; official website, mobile app and IVR. You can simply call the customer care and with the help of instructions given by the IVR, generate your PIN. Besides this, you can also login to the mobile app and click on ‘Generate OTP’ under the ‘Manage PIN’ section to generate your transaction PIN. You can also follow the same steps after logging in to the official website of SBI Card.
Ans. You can login to your SBI Card account either by the official website or mobile app and click on the ‘Current Outstanding’/ ‘Total Outstanding’ under the Account Summary section. Apart from this, you can also send a text to 5676791 from your registered mobile number. The SMS you are required to send is SMS BAL XXXX (last four digit of card number). If you are not able to find the details from any of these methods, you can call the SBI Credit Card Customer Care and ask the representative about the details.
Ans. You are required to register through the official website of SBI Card to access your online account. After visiting the official website of SBI Card, click on ‘First Time User’ and register yourself by entering your card number, CVV and date of birth. After this, you will be asked for a verification by entering the OTP sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and set your user id and password to complete the registration process.
Ans. You can redeem your SBI Credit Card reward points through the mobile app or SBI Card portal. You can log in to your card account using either of the options. After that, click on the ‘Redeem Rewards’ option under the ‘Rewards’ section. Now, you will be redirected to the reward points catalogue and you can select the products as per your choice. Click on the ’confirm’ button to redeem your earned reward points. You can also redeem your reward points against cash as per the value offered on your credit card.
