• EMI transactions will not accrue any base reward points
• Convenience fee of Rs. 200 per pax per sector is charged on booking flights using RBL reward points
• E-vouchers bought using reward points will be sent on registered email ID and mobile number and are valid for one-time use only before their expiry date
• Minimum 1,000 reward points are required for redemption against pre-paid mobile recharges
• The following credit card transactions are not eligible for RBL bank reward points: Transfer n Pay, cash advances, loans availed via MoneyTap, ET Money or Paisa on Demand programs, Credit card EMIs, fees & charges payments, disputed transactions/charge back, fuel, wallet load, education fees, utility bill payments and insurance.
