Indian Bank credit card statement is a summary of the purchases carried out from the card on a monthly basis. The bank offers a detailed statement which keeps its customers updated with their outstanding balance and due date. This helps them understand their spending habits. It also contains information about one’s active EMIs and reward points he/she has earned. It helps one to find any error or unauthorized transactions in the credit card statement which should be reported immediately.

The features included in the credit card statement is as follows, which also provides the personal details of the cardholder like the name, residential address and date of birth among others.
The statement also provides detailed information on individual transactions, the date of purchase, the money spent, the merchant’s name, etc.

There are different ways to check one’s Indian Bank Credit Card statement which are as follows:
Through Post
One can request for the credit card statement to be sent via post to his/her registered address.
Through E-mail
One can opt for monthly mails from the bank to one’s registered email address to receive eStatement which is preferred over the paper bill.
Through Net Banking
The customer can check the credit card statement through the net banking account. He/she can also download and save the statement for viewing later.
Through Phone Banking
One can call the customer care 1800 425 00 000 or 1800 425 4422 and ask them to send one’s e-statement if they are late or to change from offline to online.
By Visiting the Branch
The bank executives can be visited at the nearest branch of Indian Bank and ask them to help with the credit card statement details.
It is very important to read through the credit card statement so as to notice any discrepancies in the transactions. In case one finds any error, then immediately inform the bank officials.
Will I be able to print the statement from my net banking account?
Yes, you need to first download the statement from the account and save it on your desktop. After this, you can print the document anytime you need.
Do I have to pay to convert to the paperless eStatement facility?
No, you don’t have to make any payment. This is a free of cost facility as the bank encourages its customers to save paper.
How many additional cards can I apply for? Will I be charged for it?
You can apply for up to 3 additional cards which can be given to your immediate family members. There are no additional charges applied for it.
How can I pay my Indian Bank Credit Card statement?
