In case of loss of card, you can hotlist the credit card by any one of the following methods
1. Blocking through SMS: Please type the message ‘BLOCKCC’ and send the SMS to 56767 from your registered mobile to immediately block the card. You will get a confirmation message after blocking the card.
2. Through 24 hours toll free Customer Care number : 1800 425 00000
3. Send email to our Email ID [during working days] : creditcard@indianbank.co.in
Indian Bank also allows its customers to get in touch with them for feedback, complaint, or query. You can fill this form and submit the same to the concerned branch manager. You will be asked to fill additional details then. Fill them and submit the form.
