How to Update Address in HSBC Credit Card

The only way customers can update their address in HSBC credit card is through branch visit.

Customers will have to visit the nearest branch or the home branch, where they opened their account, to update their address. At the branch the bank official will guide the customer through the process of updating the address. Customer will also have to carry the original as well as the scanned copy of the document which serves as the proof of address. They will have to show the original document to the official and submit the self-attested scanned copy of the document along with the form at the bank.

The form for updating contact details can be requested for at the bank or can be downloaded by clicking here.

Customers will have to submit any one of the below given documents in order to establish their identity with the bank:

• Driving license
• Passport
• Aadhar card
• Voter ID card
• Utility bill not more than two months old
• Any Government issued photo ID card with address mentioned on it

How can I register for online banking of HSBC bank credit card?

• Visit the website of the bank
• Click on Logon
• Then click on “Not registered for Personal Internet Banking?”
• Under Registration method select credit card. Provide the credit card number
• Provide the additional details as required
• Then choose ‘I only have credit card’. If you have no other banking relationship
• Then enter the PIN number or Home number and last 3 digits of the registered mobile number
• You will then have to enter the OTP received on the registered mobile number
• Then create a username and the password. Set the security question
• Finally, click on the confirm button to create the user id and password for internet banking

You are now registered and can use the User ID and Password for internet banking
