• The age of applicant must be between 21 and 65 years of age

Besides this customers need to submit PAN card / Form-60, Aadhaar card, along with other documents to establish their address, identity, income, etc.

You may visit the nearest Bank of India branch and contact a bank official. Fill the form and submit all the documents requested by the official. Afterwards, the bank will scrutinize the information and on successful verification dispatch the credit card. The card will reach you within 2 business weeks.
