Customers can also write a query/complaint letter to Bank of India. In the letter, you must clearly mention your issue along with identification details like customer ID or credit card number. However, you should not include details related to your PIN or CVV in the letter.

Any transaction in the account that was not authorized directly by the cardholder is considered to be a fraudulent transaction. An unauthorized or fraudulent transaction is a transaction in the account which is basically not done by you/or without the purview of your knowledge.
If a fraudulent transaction occurs on your account, you may immediately take necessary action or report it though any of the below channels:
