Credit card balance is the total amount customer owes to the card issuer. When Bank of Baroda credit card is used to make purchases the out-standing amount increases. No, your account details will not be shared with any one. Also the bank never asks the user about any questions. Do not share such information as well.
Can a SMS be sent through an unregistered number to avail credit card balance?
SMS through an unregistered number won’t be processed. Only the number linked to the credit card at the bank is permitted to receive any information or notification regarding that account. Missed call or SMS from an unregistered number will receive an error message.
Is there any registration required for Bank of Baroda Missed call facility?
The service can be availed using the number given in the application form. Customers can, however, change the number registered with the bank. The number can be easily changed by visiting the nearest bank branch.
Will anything happen if one of the last four digits of the account number is entered wrong?
It is nothing to worry about, in case the last four digits do not match with that of your account linked to that number, you will simply receive an error message.
