The Vijaya Bank Gold Credit Card allows you to have a simple payment method with a long validity period. That way, you have money on the go when you require it. This card comes with some important features and benefits as mentioned below:

• This is a domestic MasterCard that you can use in India and Nepal. It is valid for three years from the date of being issued.
• You can choose to have a revolving credit facility on your card. In case you have not chosen a revolving credit option, you can still enjoy an interest free period on the card for close to 50 days.
• Cash is available to you on the go as you can withdraw money from any ATM. This transaction is also secured as you need your PIN number in order to be able to withdraw cash.
• Even your loved ones can enjoy the benefits of the Vijaya Bank Gold Credit Card as you can get an add-on card for your spouse, child or parents without any fees for a lifetime. Your children should be 18 years of age or older in order to be eligible for this add on card.
• The revolving credit facility gives you the convenience of repaying your outstanding balance in the form of instalments. You can choose the percentage that you pay each month, with a minimum repayment amount of 5% of the outstanding amount. You can also make a lump sum payment when you can.
• You are completely covered for any fraudulent use of your credit card. This facility provides you with coverage for any transactions that are made after you have reported your lost card.

There are some eligibility criteria that you need to fulfil in order to be eligible for this card. This includes the following:

• The individual should have an account at Vijaya Bank.
• The minimum income for salaried individuals is ₹ 60,000.
• The minimum income for self-employed individuals should be ₹ 50,000.
• You can also avail the card if you have had a term deposit of over ₹ 50,000 for more than two years.
• Individuals who already have a credit facility of ₹ 2 Lakhs and above are eligible for this card.
• You can avail the card if the average balance in your SB account is ₹ 50,000.

There are no fees and charges on your Vijaya Bank Platinum Credit Card for the first three years from the time of approval. In the third year, you will have to pay an annual renewal charge of ₹ 300. In addition to these standard service charges, hotlisting charges, duplicate statement charges etc. will only be applicable from the third year.
