This service by SBI can be availed if customer’s current mobile number is registered with the SBI Cards. Through Simply SMS service customer can check credit card balance among other details via a simple SMS. The SMS must be sent to 5676791. Send the below-given SMS to know the credit card balance:

The SBI Card mobile app can be used to check credit card balance. Customers will have to download the app to do it. The credit card balance and other details will be displayed on the home screen post login.

Can I use missed call service for two credit cards with the same registered number?
The missed call service is limited to one credit card; therefore, it is advised that you use any other service.
Are there restrictions with how many enquiries can be done in a day?
Customer can make only 50 enquiries through a single registered mobile number.
Is there a charge applied on the ‘Simply SMS’ facility and the calls?
The Simply SMS charges are dependent on the telecom provider. The missed call service is free as the call is disconnected.
Is the service restricted to the city of registration and the telecom circle?
No, there are no restrictions as long as the caller has national usage activated on their mobile phone.
