Eligibility Criteria

Following eligibility criteria needs to be fulfilled by the applicant in order to avail any of the RBL Bank HyperCITY Credit Card:

• The applicant must be above 21 years of age and below 65 years of age
• Customer must be a resident of India
• He/she must have a regular source of income

Documents Required

Applicants must submit a copy of the following documents:

Branch Visit

Applicants can visit the nearest RBL Bank branch and contact a bank official there. The bank official will guide them through the application process.

Online Application

Customer can apply for the RBL Bank HyperCITY Credit Card by going to RBL Bank’s official website and applying for the card through their portal.

On Successful submission applicant will receive a call from an agent from RBL Bank who will set a date and time for document collection. If the bank does not find any issues with the application then the applicant will receive the credit card in about 15 days.

How can one redeem their reward points for booking flights?

To redeem reward points against flight tickets one must follow the below-mentioned steps:

• User must log in at RBL Rewards Site. Click here for the same.
• Post-logging-in. User must head to the ‘Travel’ section and select the flight of choice
• At the payment, section click on Redeem Points
• Select the number of points that are to be redeemed
• User will receive an OTP on their registered mobile number. Provide the same to complete the transaction

How does the cash back facility work?

Customers are provided cash back on using their RBL Bank HyperCITY Credit Card at any HyperCITY store across India. Flat 3% cash back is given on everything till pre-defined limit associated with the particular card is reached. The cash back amount is reflected in the next billing statement.
