Interested customers can apply for a Corporate Purchase Card online by visiting the official website of the bank. Enter the details as asked and submit the form. One of the bank’s executive will call the applicant to guide him through the rest of the procedure.

Customers can also apply for a Corporate Purchase Card offline by visiting the nearest Axis Bank branch and filling out an application form for the same. The bank representatives will guide them through further process and documentation.

Yet another way is by mail. What do I do in case I lose my card? 

You must intimate the bank as soon as you lose your card. You must call the customer care on the 24-hour toll-free number and notify the bank about the loss of your card. You must fully cooperate and comply with the bank in case of an investigation.

What are the ways through which I can make payments of my Corporate Purchase Card?

You can make payments in 6 different ways:

• Online card payments: By using the quick bill pay option on the website you can make credit card payments immediately through your other bank accounts for paying off your outstanding card amount. You receive a confirmation for the payment straightaway.
• NEFT: By using your account with any other bank, you can make your payment online. You need to mention the payee’s details like payee’s name, account number, bank name, IFS code and branch name.
• RBL My Card Mobile app: You can now make payments to your card using the RBL My Card Mobile app conveniently and instantly using other bank accounts, while also managing your account.
• RBL Bank Branches: You can make payments at any of the bank branches that are near you and make a payment to your card. This can be done in two ways through cheque payment and cash payment. While making a cheque payment make a cheque in favour of RBL bank card <16-digit number>.
• Net Banking: By using the net banking option online for your enduring RBL bank account, you can make payments to your card.
