How to Activate Credit Card via Net Banking

Given below are the instruction on how to activate RBL Credit card via Netbanking.

  • Click here to start the process
  • Enter the required details; credit card number, Date of Birth of Primary account holder and Card Expiry Date
  • Click on ‘Send OTP’
  • Enter the OTP that you received on your the registered mobile number and the new PIN
  • Finally click on ‘Change PIN’

Once you set the PIN for your card, it will be activated and ready for use.

How to Activate Credit Card via Mobile Banking

Here are the instructions on how to activate the RBL Credit card through their mobile banking app called RBL MyCard.

You can download RBL MyCard App from here.

  • Login to the RBL MyCard app
  • Go to account services
  • Click on change PIN
  • Enter the required details and set the new PIN

After you set the PIN, you can use your card for all kinds of purchases.

How to Activate RBL Credit Card by Contacting Customer Care Centre

You can also activate RBL Credit card by contacting the customer care centre. The process is given below:

  • Call on the RBL Credit Card Customer Care Number +91 22 6232 7777 from the registered mobile number
  • Press the required buttons to select the language of choice on the Interactive Voice Response
  • Afterwards, press 1 to set/reset the credit card PIN
  • Follow the instructions to set the new PIN
