• Visit Kotak Credit Card Bill Desk Page- WebPay
• Enter your 16-Digit Kotak Credit Card number and re-enter it
• Enter the email ID on which you wish to get payment confirmation
• Enter the amount to be paid
• Select the bank through which you wish to make the payment and click on ‘Pay’
• You will now be redirected to the selected bank’s net banking portal
• Login using you user ID and password and authorize the transaction
• You would also receive an OTP from the bank; enter the same and proceed
• Your account will get debited online once the details are verified
• The confirmation would be sent to the registered Email ID along with Transaction Reference Number

It may take 2-3 days for a payment made through bill desk to reflect in your credit card account.
