How to Activate Kotak Mahindra Bank Credit Card

The cardholder must follow the below given steps to activate Kotak Mahindra Bank Credit Card through net banking:

• Click here to begin the process
• Click on ‘click here’
• On the new screen enter the card details and the new PIN
• An OTP will be received on the registered mobile number, enter it to confirm the PIN change

Alternatively, users can login to their Kotak Mahindra net banking portal and then following the below given steps:

• Click on Credit Cards Tab
• Then select Change or Create 6 Digit Chip Credit Card/ATM PIN
• Enter the details and confirm

To generate PIN through Mobile Banking follow the below-given steps:

• Login to the Kotak mobile banking app
• Select Credit Card Tab
• Select Service Requests
• Now click on Regenerate PIN
• Enter the required details
• Submit the request

Customers can also generate PIN using Customer Care Interactive Voice Response (IVR) process. To use this facility follow the below given steps:

• Dial 1860 266 2666
• Press 1 to Continue
• Press 3 for Credit Cards
• Existing Kotak Mahindra Bank customers should press 1
• Provide your CRN or Card number and T-PIN
• Press 6 to generate credit card PIN

No, credit card PIN cannot be generated using a credit card

Cardholder can apply and activate add-on credit card via net banking through following steps:

• Open website kotak.com
• Click on the option “Net Banking”
• In User ID section enter CRN
• Enter password and click secure login
• Select credit card
• Select Add-on

Now fill in the details as shown/asked in the screen to avail and activate add-on credit card. Cardholders can even call on 1860 266 2666 to avail and activate add-on credit card.

What documents are needed to check the validation of the card when the card is delivered?
Any one of the following documents will work to establish identity at the time of delivey:

• PAN (Permanent Account Number) Card
• Driving License
• Passport
• Aadhar Card
