BillDesk is one of the most convenient portals to pay off credit card bills. It is especially useful for customers that don’t have a savings/current account with IndusInd Bank. IndusInd Bank credit card payment through BillDesk is easy. Follow the steps given below to pay the bills.

Do note if users select CitiBank as the source bank then they will have to provide their debit card details on the payment processing page.
Customer will be redirected to the payment gateway page of the chosen bank. Provide the credentials to successfully pay your IndusInd Bank credit card bill. Post transaction, the amount will be debited from the bank immediately but will be credited to IndusInd credit card account within 3 working days.

What is the duration taken for a successful credit card bill payment transaction?
It may take up to 3 working days from the date of payment for a transaction to clear. Therefore, customers must make the credit card bill payment at least three days before the due date to avoid late payment charges.
How do I find out if a credit card bill payment transfer has failed?
If a transaction has failed ‘Failed Transaction’ will be displayed on the screen after customer makes the payment request. If it is successful the customer will get an acknowledgement of the same in their email inbox and on the transaction page. Customer may also check their bank account to confirm whether the transaction took place or not.
Will I receive a hardcopy of the transaction receipt?
No, customers do not get a hard copy of the receipt from BillDesk.
Will I be charged a fee for using BillDesk bill payment method?
BillDesk does not charge any fee for its services.
