Steps to generate Central Bank of India Credit Card PIN via Chatbot ILA

Step 1- Click here to visit SBI card website

Step 2- Click on Ask ILA present on lower right section of the screen

Step 3- Select Login. Enter User ID and Password

Step 4- Click on “How do I generate transaction PIN for my credit card?”

Step 5- Select Update PIN. Enter the OTP and Submit it

Step 6-Provide the new PIN and click on Update PIN

Step 1- Click here to visit SBI card website

Step 2- Under Services Select ‘Manage PIN’

Step 3- Select the credit card whose PIN needs to be changed

Step 4- Click on Generate OTP

Step 5- Enter the OTP received on the registered mobile number

Step 6- Enter the new PIN and click on Submit

Step 1- Click here to visit SBI card website

Step 2- Select My Account tab on the left hand side menu

Step 4- Choose the credit card for which you want to change the PIN & Click on Generate OTP

Step 6- Enter the new PIN and click on Submit

Step 1- Call on the customer helpline number 1860 180 1290 / (STD) – 39 02 02 02.

Step 2- Choose the preferred language

Step 3- Choose option 6 for PIN generation

Step 4- Enter credit card number, Date of Birth & expiration date in the given format

Step 5- Enter the 6 digit OTP received on registered mobile number or email address

Step 6- Set the new PIN

You will hear a confirmation message on the IVR itself

Steps to generate Central Bank of India Credit Card PIN via ATM

Step 1- Insert the credit card in the ATM and choose the desired language

Step 2- Select the option ‘Create PIN using OTP’

Step 3- An OTP will be sent to your mobile number

Step 4- Provide this OTP and create your PIN

Step 5- Re-enter the PIN and submit your request

Step 6- The PIN has been generated successfully

• Login to SBI Card account

What should I do if I forget my PIN and enter it incorrectly?
After the third time of entering the PIN wrong, your card will be blocked for security reasons. You can call customer care and follow the instruction to reset your PIN.
