• The applicant cannot be a minor. The age can range from 18 years to 65 years.
• Applicant must have a banking relationship with Central Bank of India.
• The applicant should meet have a gross annual income of ₹ 1.5 Lakhs or more.

Below is the list of documents required to be submitted for availing the card:

• PAN Card is mandatory
• Proof of Identity – copy of any of the following document – PAN card/Voter ID card/Passport/Aadhaar card
• Proof of address – copy of any of the following document – Aadhaar card/Voter ID/ Passport/ latest utility bills
• Income proof – salary slip of salaried individuals and the latest copy of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for self-employed

• No issuance fee for the primary card and its add-on cards.
• Renewal and cancellation charge for the card is ₹ 100.
• ATM cash withdrawal transaction charges- ₹ 100 per transaction + 2.99% per month from the date of withdrawal till the date of repayment.
• Mark up fee for foreign currency transactions – 3.5%
• Fuel surcharge charges – 2.5%
• Railway ticket surcharge – 2.5%+Rs.30
• Late payment charges – ₹ 100
• Dishonour of auto debit –₹ 150
• Service charges on the unpaid amount by falling behind even after the due date -2.99% per month
