• Log in to your net banking account
• Click on the ‘Credit Card’ option
• Click on the ‘Change PIN’ option

• Enter the received OTP and proceed

• Re-enter the PIN and click on submit
• On successful generation of PIN the cardholder will receive the notification about the same

• Login to the app
• Go to Menu and select Service Requests
• Click on Change PIN

• An OTP will be sent to registered Mobile number. Enter the same
• Enter the new PIN and submit
• On successful PIN generation user will receive a notification reflecting the same

• A customer must ensure that his/her credit card is swiped in front of him/her. This will reduce the chances of any fraudulent activity or skimming wherein the details of the card are duplicated using a skimming device
• One must never share his/her credit card details with anyone through email or SMS
• Always ensure that the websites on which one makesonline transactions are safe
• Websites that start with “https” are genuine and secured
• A Customer must never save details of his/her credit card on any merchant website
• One must never write his/her 4-digit PIN on the card or any other paper
• One must check his/her credit card details every month to ensure that it is not being misused and there is notany kind of variation
