• Download the YES Mobile app
• Register and login to the app
• Now go to credit cards section and tap on the registered credit card of which balance needs to be known.

Net Banking

To make a balance enquiry using Net banking facility follow the steps given below.

• Visit YES Bank’s authorized website by clicking here
• Click on Login then select Credit Cards and finally click on Get Started
• Select Credit Cards and then Unbilled Transactions
• Select the card for which you want to view the unbilled transactions
• The unbilled transaction will be displayed on the screen

Using Email

Customers can send an email to YES Bank enquiring about the balance on their credit card. The email address is yestouchcc@yesbank.in.

Missed Call Service

To use this service, customers will have to follow the below given steps:

• First users will have to register with YES Bank. Sending the below given SMS to +919840909000 for the same

SMS<space> YESREG <customer ID>

• Once registered give a missed call to +919840909000 from the registered mobile number

Customer will receive the details through a SMS from the bank.
