• A composite loan amount of Rs. 25,000 is issued per borrower. Under special circumstances a loan amount greater than Rs. 25,000 may also be granted to a deserving applicant
• The Margin is decided by the United Bank of India and varies from case to case. This scheme does not have any subsidy.
• The asset created or bought out of the loan amount is to be given to the bank. No collateral security is required in this loan scheme.
• The interest rate charged in this loan scheme is decided by the bank on the basis of the guidelines set by the Reserve Bank of India.
• The repayment period of the loan can stretch to a maximum of 5 years
• The Swarozgar credit card is valid for 5 years provided that the borrower has maintained a satisfactory relationship with the bank. However, the account must be operated continuously during the loan tenure
