You need to call on customer care through your registered mobile number and select the ‘ATM and Prepaid Card Services’ option. After this, select the option to generate Green PIN. To do so, you will be required to enter your debit card number for verification. On a successful verification, you will receive an OTP to activate your debit card which will be valid for two days.
